Amur Maple
(Salix alba 'Chermesina")

A multi-stemmed tall shrub or small tree native to northern Asia. Outstanding bright reddish fall colors are influenced by soil conditions and the cultivar grown. Works as farmstead windbreak, riparian plantings, and highway beautification.

Root System -fibrous, shallow.

Prefers moist, well-drained soils. Moderately drought tolerant. Full sun to partial shade.
