On
April 1993 the Bon Homme Conservation District received a Coordinated
Soil and Water Conservation Grant to develop an
Outdoor Classroom. The Classroom is a joint effort between the
Bon Homme Conservation District, The U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service
and the Natural Resources Conservation Service.It
is located two miles east and one mile north of Tyndall.
The Classroom consists of 18 acres of trees, 7 acres of grass
plots, 5 acres of wildlife food plot, a 70 acre lake and 60 acres
of native and intermediate grass, wetlands and farmed wetlands.
