Ken & Kathy Sayler were selected as the 2007 Bon Homme County Conservation Farmer of the Year. Sayler’s operate 2236 acres located in the east part of Bon Homme County, of which 634 acres is in grass for hay or grazing and 1602 acres is in cropland. Sayler’s have installed the following conservation practices: a waterway, 2 dugouts, ag waste system, 2650 lineal ft of fence, 3 acres critical area seeding and 9 acres windbreak.
